Biodiscovery, LLC dba MYcroarray

MYcroarray was founded in 2006 by Drs. Erdogan Gulari and Jean-Marie Rouillard to market a massively parallel DNA synthesis technology developed in Prof. Gulari at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. MYcroarray commercialize the MYbaits sequence capture kit use by researchers worldwide to enrich DNA samples for particular targets.

Role and key persons:

Dr. Jean-Marie Rouillard has expertise in molecular probe design, sequence capture for DNA fingerprinting. Dr. Jake Enk has expertise in extracting and enriching degraded DNA samples for sequencing. Both will play a role in hosting and training ESR5.

Research facilities, infrastructure and equipment:

MYcroarray has a state of the art research and production facility based in Ann Arbor, MI, USA with equipment ranging from massively parallel DNA synthesizer to robotic sequence capture stations and next-generation DNA sequencers (454, Ion Proton).
